That screenshot does not show a date of 2/10/83. It shows a date of 10/31/83. The webpage not only says 2/12/84 at the top, but claims it was broadcast in September 1983, before it was made by any of these dates.
Moreover, the episode
http://www.archive.org/details/Printers1984 has an earlier record date, though it could have still had a later air date.
